New Sony Xperia P Android Phone Coming Soon: The good news that the new Sony Xperia P cell phone will upcoming to AT&T or T-Mobile, and now it’s landed at the FCC for the usual hoop jumping. The Sony Xperia P is a nice Android phone, which features include a 4-inch touchscreen display with BRAVIA Engine, a 1GHz dual-core processor, 16GB of ROM, a 8MP camera with HD video recording, WiFi, NFC, Bluetooth, and run the Android 2.3 OS (will upgrade to Android 4.0 ICS OS).
