New HTC One Mini M4 Android Phone leaked: It is reported that HTC will released a HTC One Mini cell phone, which codename is HTC M4. The HTC M4 will have a 4.3-inch 720p resolution touchscreen, a dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, LTE connectivity, and run the Android 4.2 OS.
